YAY ONE WEEK!

I so rock.
Anyways, I had so much to eat last night that I wasn't even in the mood to eat anything today. Except fruit. I craved it! I blame all the nut stuff and veggies I had last night. SO FULL OF PROTEIN AND GREEN STUFF!
Yesterday, I weighed 258.5 pounds. Today, 257. That's a loss of 1.5 pounds from yesterday, and 6 pounds total.
Throughout the day, I had:
Oranges - 500 grams, 235 calories, .6 grams fat, 4.7 grams protein
Pineapple - 330 grams, 158.4 calories, .4 grams fat, 1.8 grams protein
Bananas - 250 grams, 225.5 calories, .8 grams fat, 2.7 grams protein
Total - 616 calories, 2 grams fat, 9 grams fat
Okay, that was unreal and totally low. It'll be higher tomorrow, I just swear I wasn't hungry! Peace, people.

We all have those "I'm not hungry" days --- and fruit is always the best choice!!! MMMMmmm
